Playson continues European push; agrees “major” content distribution deal with bet365

Further expanding its European presence, Playson has teamed up with British online gaming company bet365 in a deal that will bolster the operator’s Italian offering.

The major content distribution agreement provides players of bet365 in Italy access to some of the most popular titles the gaming supplier has to offer, including Rise of Egypt Deluxe, Wolf Power: Hold and Win and Legend of Cleopatra Megaways, which incorporates the popular mechanic on lease from Australian software provider Big Time Gaming (BTG).

In recent weeks, Playson’s slots portfolio has continued to strengthen, now complete with an upgraded user interface (UI) that is ideally suited to mobile gameplay in portrait mode and single-hand gaming while on the go.

Affirms status:

Commenting on the collaboration, Blanka Homor, Sales Director for Playson, said they are “thrilled” to partner with bet365, “an established industry leader that needs no introduction.”

Homor added that…

“Teaming up with such internationally renowned operators affirms our status among gambling’s most dynamic suppliers, and we can’t wait to deliver our exciting content to bet365 and their extensive Italian player base.”

The latest deal demonstrates the appeal and quality of Playson’s diverse offering of games in Italy’s regulated iGaming market where the international brand has developed a strong following.

European expansion has been a focus, with the agreement following the slots specialist’s recent partnership with Zürich-based operator Swiss Casinos. A major player among operators in Switzerland’s iGaming market, Swiss Casinos’ platform offers casino, live casino and poker.

Playson promotions:

The deal also follows the conclusion of the Playson Prize Strike 60k January promotion. Powered by the Cash Blast tool, which was introduced in September 2021, the successful promotion managed to increase the average daily percentage of “unique players” by 13.7 percent for those partners that participated in the hit event.

Playson is current in the midst of its month-long Daily Blast 100k promotion, which kicked off on February 1st and runs until February 28th. The promotion is powered by the Cash Blast tool and gives players a chance to win a share of a €100,000 prize pool, which will be split into four phases. The remaining three phases run from February 8-14, 15-21, with phase four running from the 22nd and concluding on the 28th.

Each of the four phases offers 375 guaranteed prizes, with one very lucky participant set to walk away with a top prize worth €5,000 (about $5,713.5 USD). This means that there will be 1,500 Cash Blast winners in February alone!

There are 21 participating games including player favorites such as Spirit of Egypt: Hold and Win, Buffalo Power: Christmas and Hot Coins: Hold and Win.

For longtime Star Wars fans, the latest Disney+ series, The Acolyte, is an exciting prospect. After all, this particular series is set in the final days of the franchise’s High Republic era, bringing this period to live-action for the very first time. It’s also set over 100 years before the prequel trilogy, as Anakin Skywalker is still a long way’s off from being born at this point in the timeline.
